Plans and credits: your questions answered

A normal credit runs a normal search: social media, news and the indexed web, in under a minute. A deep credit runs a deep search, which adds forums, archives and video pages and takes longer. The two pools are separate. Every paid plan includes both kinds; the Free plan has normal credits only.

Free: two normal credits in total, with source links locked. Starter, $5 a week: five normal and three deep credits a week, every link unlocked. Daily Pro, $20 a month: twenty-five normal credits a day, fifteen deep credits a month, deep top-ups and premium support. Business, $50 a month: 2,500 normal and fifty deep credits a month, take-down request help and 24/7 premium support.

Starter is weekly because most people have one question and want it answered this week; it renews every week until you cancel. Daily Pro suits a routine, such as a creator checking for reposts, because its normal credits reset every day. Business suits a team, a brand or anyone running takedowns at volume. You can move up from Starter at any time from the Billing page.

Credits reset when the plan renews: weekly on Starter, monthly on Daily Pro and Business, and daily for Daily Pro's normal credits. Unused credits do not roll over. The plan renews automatically until you cancel, and you keep the plan and its remaining credits until the end of the period you paid for.

Searches pause until the next reset. On Daily Pro the daily normal allowance resets tomorrow; weekly and monthly allowances return at renewal. If you need deep searches before then, Daily Pro and Business can buy a top-up pack of deep credits from the Billing page. Moving up to a larger plan is the other option.

Top-ups are packs of deep search credits, sold in a few sizes on the Billing page to Daily Pro and Business subscribers. The credits are added as soon as the payment is confirmed, usually within a minute, and sit alongside the credits your plan includes. Normal credits cannot be bought in packs, and Starter and Free cannot buy top-ups.

Moving up is available any time from the Billing page, which shows the plans above your current one; the new plan applies as shown at checkout. Moving down works by cancelling: your current plan stays active with its credits until the end of the paid period, and you choose the smaller plan after that. The Billing page shows exactly what will happen before you confirm.

Two normal credits in total, no deep searches, and locked source links: you see the matched images and their ranking, not the pages they came from. Scans are saved in History like any account. It is enough to learn whether your face appears somewhere; any paid plan is needed to see where.

Not at the moment. Plans are weekly (Starter) or monthly (Daily Pro and Business). If your need is occasional, Starter for a week and cancelling costs $5; if it is continuous, a monthly plan is the right fit. Business customers with unusual volume can email support@facesearch.cc to discuss.

No. Credits come with a plan, and top-up packs are only sold to Daily Pro and Business subscribers. The cheapest way to run a handful of fully unlocked searches is Starter for one week; it can be cancelled immediately after and stays active for the week you paid for.

Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not refund the current period, and you keep the plan until that period ends. Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are refunded by Apple or Google under their own rules. If you see a charge you did not expect, email support@facesearch.cc from the address on your account with the date and amount and we will look into it.

For matches you choose, we help you prepare and send removal requests to the sites hosting them, using the right route for each: the site owner's contact, a DMCA notice where you own the copyright, or the platform's own form. We cannot force a third party to remove a photo, so outcomes depend on the site, but you get the request drafted and tracked rather than doing it alone.
